Grillworks Langlier 42 Argentinian Grill

Salmon cooked over a bed of dill by @grillworksben. When finished the skin along with the dill gets crunchy and it’s medium with a mild smoke. We also had fava beans with Australian feta, romaine and endive salad and artichokes with charred onions made by @nickanderer. I guess I had to eat vegetables but they were so good. The salmon was massive and I had leftovers for days. YUMMO!!
