Slash has a very distinct signature - "Skully" which consists of a Skull Dude's head with his signature hat smoking a cigarette with RnFnR under it. He tends to sign the year under it as well. Someone had Slash sign this Les Paul shortly after its birth in 2013.

Post-2008 Gibson Les Paul Standards typically get a bad rep from traditionalists because that is when chambering started and fancy electronics began. The specs did vary from year to year but I've never paid much attention to them. Their electronis might not be for everyone - but some of them are pretty well spec'd. This 2013 Gibson Les Paul Standard actually has a LONG NECK TENON which is typically only reserved for CUSTOM SHOP Les Pauls. This doesn't get talked about a lot, simply because most people don't know!
