So What are they looking for exactly ? Well Guinness World Records are seeking a talented Accounts Payable Clerk, on a fixed term basis until end of February 2017. You'll be required to support the finance team, for the monthly processing of purchase orders, invoices and expenses. You'll also assist in the cash management and bank reconciliation process across all regions.

The main responsibilities of the job are:
Logging of invoices prior to distribution to departments for approval.
Processing Purchase Orders for manufacturing costs, and ensuring invoices match.
Processing authorised invoices on the finance software.
Processing weekly payment runs across all territories.
Assisting with weekly and monthly bank accounts reconciliation.
Assist the Management Accountant in ad hoc queries and reporting requirements.

So that's quite a range of responsibilities, so you'll need around 3 or more years Accounts Payable experience. You'll also need to be methodical, with a keen eye for detail. Strong Excel Spread sheet skills are also needed. Any experience in Microsoft Dynamics, and working in multi-currencies would be a great asset.
