Serial entrepreneur and current President and CBO of Owl biomedical, Inc., Dr. Jim Linton talks about the importance of integrity and persisting despite the challenges, while speaking at "In the Executive's Chair" -- an open course at CSUSM that invites the community and business students to hear valuable advice from business leaders.

Dr. Linton has held various executive positions at premier life sciences companies, including Invitrogen, Prometrix, Genicon Sciences, and Cyntellect. In addition to raising more than $250 million in strategic funds and equity investments, he has also been involved in the successful commercialization of a variety of life science products.
