Prof. Zhongming Zeng, from Suzhou Institute of Nano-tech and Nano-bionics (China), visited the University of Messina, Italy, in June 2016.

The two institutions are involved in the project “Nanoscale broadband spin-transfer-torque microwave detector”, funded by the Italian Ministero degli Affari Esteri e della Cooperazione Internazionale within the “Executive programme of scientific and technological cooperation between Italy and China 2016-2018”.

During his visit, prof. Zeng gave a seminar about "Spintronic devices for applications in energy harvesting and microwave detectors".
The seminar was chaired by Dr. Vito Puliafito, Ph.D., from the University of Messina, and introduced by the Italian P.I. of the project, Prof. Giovanni Finocchio.
