The History of wine in Castilla y León, Spain for WSET Diploma

We continue our exploration of Spain with a look at the wines of Castilla y León with a little look at Bierzo in particular. In this video I introduce this wonderful part of Spain, and talk about some of the History of winemaking in this area. Castilla y Leon contains some fantastic lesser known areas alongside the famous Ribera Del Duero, there is Bierzo, Rueda and Toro. Look out for the wondrous Spanish varieties, Tempranillo, Mencía, Godello and Verdejo.
