The purpose of this video was to find out if I was just incredibly lucky previously finding 3 Griffon's in 48 hours from terrorized Andy or if it really is that easy. After all the amazing finds in this video I believe it is that easy. No mods are used in this video. The clock is changed to control which area is terrorized. This trick only works in single player.
