BEGINNER SEWING TUTORIAL: My Shirred Summer Two-Piece

Today I'm back with the perfect summer tutorial for sewers of all levels. The outfit features a tiered skirt with an elasticated waist and exposed ruffle, and a matching shirred crop top with gathered straps. For complete beginners, the skirt on it's own could be the ideal first sewing project.

What you'll need:

-3 metres of fabric (ideally viscose but cotton could work too!)
Fabric I used was from https://www.rainbowfabrics.co.uk/ but is currently unavailable. I would highly recommend looking here for affordable vicose fabrics and you cna use code BROGAN20 for an extra 20% off.

-2cm wide elastic
