250g Self-raising Flour
110g Caster Sugar
1tsp Baking Powder
1/2tsp Baking Soda
Vanilla Extract (dash)
75g Butter (melted)
2 Whole Eggs
75ml Condensed Milk
50ml Whole Milk

Banana Custard Ingredients:
3 Bananas (mashed)
2 Egg Yolks (whisked)
2x 20g Caster Sugar
2tbsp Cornstarch
200ml Whole Milk
15g Melted Butter

For the Pave - digestive biscuits and whipped cream (Yum!)

Fried Banana Fritters
2 Bananas (cut in half)
140ml Cold Water
1tsp Baking Powder
100g Self-raising Flour
Oil for Frying
... and Cinnamon Sugar!
