The American health authorities are now urgin people to be extra careful when traveling abroad because of the spread of monkeypox.
Globally, more than a thousand cases have been confirmed in the past several weeks.
Some experts are saying monkeypox can be airborne, but routes of transmission are still being studied.

The number of confirmed cases of monkeypox worldwide has surpassed one-thousand... less than a month since the first was reported in the UK.
According to online publication Our World in Data, most have come from the UK followed by Spain, Portugal and Canada.
The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention on Monday issued a new travel alert for monkeypox to Level Two... aimed at encouraging people to "practice enhanced precautions."
It's a step away from Level Three... which encourages people to "avoid nonessential travel."
A number of media outlets citing virus experts have raised the possibility that monkeypox can be airborne and, on occasion, be transmitted through aerosols, similar to the coronavirus... but by and large, the main transmission routes are yet to be confirmed.
In response, the CDC briefly included advice in an alert on Monday to wear masks, however it has since been removed.
It said the recommendation caused "confusion"... but the agency maintained the guideline still applies to people who may have come into close contact with a confirmed case.
The CDC on Monday said "some cases were reported among men who have sex with men" and "some cases were also reported in people who live in the same household as an infected person."
But that many of these people have not recently been in central or west African countries where monkeypox outbreaks usually occur.
The WHO says monkeypox is usually common in wild animals and symptoms include skin rashes, fever, headaches, muscle aches, backache, swollen lymph nodes, chills and exhaustion.
The incubation period is usually six to 13 days but could be as long as 21 days.
Most patients recover within a few weeks.
South Korea, which has yet to report a confirmed case, has said out of its four-tier scheme, it plans to place monkeypox as a second-level contagious diseases, along with the coronavirus and cholera.
This means confirmed patients have to alert local authorities within 24 hours.
