Adams and Kerns discuss the numerous problems plaguing the Commonwealth's elections, including an admission by Pennsylvania officials that aliens were being registered to vote for two decades. Together, PILF and Kerns have brought a lawsuit against the state for refusing to disclose records relating to this mistake and how election officials have ensured that these aliens were removed from the voter roll. PILF won at the District Court level, but Pennsylvania has appealed this win to the Third Circuit Court of Appeals. Arguments will be held in September.
