Not looking forward to getting to this level in the Advance Campaign, let alone trying to complete it but...

Look to send some T-Copters with an escort to his HQ to capture it, but watch out for his fighter spam! If need be, keep producing units to keep your technique up, and use T-Copters as bait so he doesn't target your bombers/fighters until you have a critical mass. It can be a little RNG reliant based on what he decides to build at his HQ, so you might want to let him produce on the side bases instead.

Advance Campaign in a week or so, but uploads will be dependent on whether or not I can actually figure out how to S rank a level.
