Hello! Welcome back to my channel.
Today I will be sharing how to make Korean Egg Roll (계란말이). This dish is a very popular side dish that I used to grow up eating. You can add anything you want too! I sometimes add spam or mushrooms.
I tried using a different table, and shooting in 4K for this video.

Ingredients:
4 eggs
2 tbs carrot
1/4 medium white onion
1 green onion
big pinch of salt
1-2 tbs milk
cooking oil

Recipe:
1. Crack 4 eggs into a bowl and whisk well, then strain through a fine mesh sieve (optional)
2. Finely chop carrot, onion, and green onion and put into the eggs, along with milk and salt.
3. Heat up a egg roll pan or a 10-12 inch nonstick pan on very low heat and spread oil around. Wipe off excess oil.
4. Pour in 1/3 of egg mixture, evenly spread around pan, then cook until it is half cooked.
5. Fold about an inch forward, then roll forwards until there is no more to roll, bring the egg back to the front.
6. Reapply oil to open area then pour in egg mixture, then repeat step 5 until there is no more egg to roll.
7. Take off heat when done and let it cool for a few minutes before cutting into bite size pieces and eating.

Tips:
After the first roll, slightly tilt the egg upward to let mixture go to the bottom so the 2nd and 3rd time rolling will stick with the roll.
Use very very low heat to get a softer textured egg
Use medium low heat to add some texture to egg
If you rip the egg, do not worry, just keep rolling, even if it is ugly, it will taste great!
