Brett Abarbanel, Ph.D., is Executive Director of the UNLV International Gaming Institute and Associate Professor at the UNLV William F. Harrah College of Hospitality, with research spanning video games, esports, gambling, sports betting, technology, and responsible gaming. She is a founding director of the Nevada Esports Alliance, an inaugural member of the Nevada Gaming Control Board’s Esports Technical Advisory Committee, and serves on numerous boards and committees across industry, government, and non-profit organizations.

Bryan O’Reilly is the CEO and Co-Founder of Evenplay, a sports technology company leveraging patented AI-handicapping to deliver personalized challenges, rewards, and real-money payouts, while leading the firm’s growth and partnerships. A Las Vegas native with lifelong ties to gaming and entertainment, he helped launch Topgolf at MGM Grand, remains active in community initiatives through The Just One Project, and is recognized as the youngest graduate of Leadership Las Vegas.
