So... The guitar arrives, you open the box, and horror of horrors strikes you as you look at the damage done! But the question is… was it covered by the courier insurance? This video takes a look at the challenges when shipping a guitar by courier. In this video you will see some nasty damage done to a Jackson Randy Rhodes 3 guitar and the stressful situation this sort of thing causes.
