This sketch of M13, The Great Cluster in Hercules is a sketch I did on May 23, 2020. For this sketch I used white printer paper, HB pencil for the stars, a 2B pencil for the glowing haze in the cluster, and a variety of HB, 2B, 4B, and 6B pencils to place the stars within the cluster for variable brightness.

I need to get more practice in with globular clusters as they're quite difficult to represent properly with all the stars within them. I also need to practice a bit more with my stippling technique because I end up with my stars looking more elongated than I would like
