Example:
What = KPI of 58% Gross Profit Margin (you define this)
How = Let them define this!

Once you shift into the mindset of being a coach/advisor, you'll be amazed at the transformation your firm will experience.

It's time to let go and hire people that are better than you at the HOW—that's the only way to get to the next level.
