Kshitij Khune & Krish Reveal the Shocking CLUB MAHINDRA Secrets

Kshtij and Pratyush Khune had taken Club Mahindra's White Studio Membership. Or rather, they had purchased from Mahindra Holidays and Resorts India Limited (MHRIL) a timeshare product called White Studio. Despite having paid Rs 5.5 lakh to Club Mahindra, their holiday experiences were miserable. Hoping to end their misery and harassed by the continuous hounding for payment of the Annual Subscription Fees (ASF), they sought a refund. Although the refund policy states that they will refund 40% of the membership amount, what MHRIL refunded was approximately 8% only.

Realizing that they had been thoroughly cheated, the Khunes demanded to see the contract that they had supposedly signed with MHRIL. They also asked for product description of White Studio, for which they had already paid. All their queries and requests were stonewalled by sending the so-called MAF -- the Membership Application Form.
