It's time to see how good Rusty Rosie's is!

This base requires 4 people to move into and costs 1000 influence!

It has 2 large facilities including the Failed CLEO Device that acts as a treasure chest full of supplies.

It has 4 small facilities plus an enhanced kitchen with some still capabilities and a fuel tank watch tower that can be upgraded to obtain a large cache of fuel.

Pretty solid for just 4 people... a good start for Providence Ridge... but could it have other unseen weaknesses?
