... I got a call from Stiv in N.Y.,
he was showing the video copy I gave him
of the Dead Boys I filmed at the
Variety Arts Center here in L.A.,
he thanked me so nicely,
and asked me if I liked the Lords or the Dead Boys,
I had forgotten I also filmed Stiv and the
Lords of the New Church at an English Frank
party at the Music Machine in West L.A.,
and just humbly,
I said liked them both.
What a great person.
When I was at the Variety Arts Center
I waited in the backstage hallway
to ask if I could tape the band,
as the door opened my friend
English Frank was talking to Stiv,
I made an 'oldtime' movie camera
motions with my hand,
and Frank called me in,
introduced me and all was well.
LOVE YOU STIV SO WONDERFUL !
