Testing and analyzing a red and a yellow LED lamp: Lumi E27 Red Night Flicker Free Sleep (zero blue and green light) and Day Time Yellow Flicker Free SummerGlo (no blue spike) made by BLUblox. Their purpose is to produce light that doesn't disturb your sleep, circadian rhythms or biological clock and doesn't cause eye strain. Both are 7W 85-265V AC and they claim "Low EMF". Observing their spectrum, opening them, reverse engineering the schematic, explaining how does it work and showing some oscilloscope waveforms.
