After completing his B.Tech in 2019, Amit started as a software developer earning 30,000 rupees monthly. During the 2020 lockdown, he launched a gym diet business that has grown from one branch to five branches with 15 team members and 60-70 lakhs annual revenue.

Amit recently quit his job because relocating to Mumbai was affecting his business, but he's confused about this decision. With his entire family depending on him financially and monthly profits of 1-1.25 lakhs from the business, should he have kept both income sources? I help him understand the importance of financial discipline, separating business and personal finances, paying himself a salary, and making strategic decisions about reinvestment versus financial security.
