2 pound chicken skin off

1/2 bell peppers all the colours
2 cups pineapple
1/2 onion

🌼Seasoning
1 Tsp all purpose season
1 Tsp garlic powder
1 Tsp smoked paprika
1 Tsp onion/salt powder
1/2 Tsp black pepper
1 Tsp complete season
1 Tsp cajun season

2 cloves garlic
1 Tsp fresh thyme
1 stalk scallions

1 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Tbsp dark soya

🌼Sauce
1/2 cup ketchup
1 1/2 Tbsp brown sugar
1 Tbsp ginger
1 1/2 cup pineapple juice

🌼Pot
1 Tbsp olive oil

Chicken baked for 45 minutes in total
