The addition of Valance prevents Theo from being dispelled by the stacking Ice Dragon debuff, which was one of his biggest weaknesses. It also allows magic comps to comfortably drop Clause as a tank, allowing Jane to reduce the boss’ block with her UT1. Valance S1 is currently bugged, so I had to run a single piece of fixed 1000 attack speed, but it allowed her to maintain 100% uptime on the buff. With enough team CDR and luck, Estelle and Isaiah can easily rotate cleanses and mostly nullify the Frost debuff. After several hours of steady progression, Theo finally clears Apocalypsion with full penalties!
