I love cooking big hunks of beef over live fire... it's primal, it's full of theatre, it's good fun and most importantly, it tastes incredible!

I thought I'd document my first attempt at cooking a picanha on my Kadai fire bowl - I've cooked a few of these on my Somerset grill but I've wanted to cook one on the Kadai for a while now.

This wasn't a perfect cook, and I talk more about what improvements I'd make next time in the video, but the end results was still amazing and this is definitely something I'll repeat.
