The Lightning technique is gained once Wire Sponge is defeated with Zero. Normally, you couldn't get this part if you killed Wire Sponge with X. However, there is a trick that can help you go through anything

Detail: Have Giga Crush full with X, then go to any level with ladders. Climb on one of the ladders and stay there, then use the Giga Crush and you will go through anything you want, but careful not to fall down straight or you will die.
