Ingredients (સામગ્રી):
5 pieces of drumstick (સરગવા ની શીંગ)
1 piece of tomato (ટમેટું))
1/4 cup gram flour (ચણાનો લોટ)
1 piece of green chili (લીલું મરચું)
1 inch of ginger (આદુ)
4 -5 cloves of garlic (લસણ)
1/4 tbsp mustard seeds (રાઈ)
1/4 tbsp of cumin seeds (જીરું)
1/4 tbsp turmeric powder (હળદર)
1/4 tbsp salt (મીઠું)
1/2 tbsp cumin/coriander powder (ધાણાજીરું)
1 tbsp kashmiri red chili powder (લાલ મરચું)
1/2 tbsp sugar powder (દળેલી ખાંડ)
1/2 tbsp lemon juice 9લીંબુ નો રસ)
curry leaves (મીઠી લીમડી)
3 tbsp cooking oil (તેલ)
