How do you fly an electric plane? Flying the circuit in the Pipistrel Alpha Electro

Описание к видео How do you fly an electric plane? Flying the circuit in the Pipistrel Alpha Electro

In this video, we outline the take-off and landing configuration of the Pipistrel Alpha Electro, the most suitable electric trainer aircraft for the Australian market.
To highlight the reduced noise characteristics of an electric aircraft, I have recorded the audio on a lapel microphone instead of through the headset.
This will give you a nice indication of the cabin noise.. and as you can hear, it's low enough for comfortable regular conversation levels in the cabin during flight.
This is unheard of (pun intended) in a light sports aircraft.

Pilot: Korum E
Aircraft: Pipistrel Alpha Electro 23-2055
