Cream Cheese Stuffed Red Velvet Cookies||Cake Mix Cookies|| Christmas Cookie Idea

Craving Cookies but don't feel like making them from scratch? Then this is the perfect recipe for you! These Cream Cheese Stuffed Red Velvet Cookies are made using Cake Mix.
This recipe is foolproof, beginner friendly and the best baking hack I've come across recently so
toss those measuring cups and spoons aside and enjoy making these extremely delicious cookies.

CREAM CHEESE STUFFED RED VELVET COOKIE DOUGH RECIPE
1 Box Red Velvet Cake Mix (I used a premium bakery grade mix)
2 Large Eggs ( at room temperature )
1/2cup Vegetable or Canola Oil

CREAM CHEESE FILLING RECIPE
10-12 oz Cream Cheese (Anchor or Philadelphia is recommended)
1/4 cup Granulated Sugar
1 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
1tsp Lemon/Lime Juice
3tsp White Rum

BAKE AT
375°F or 190°C for a 15 mins for large cookies or 10-12 minutes for small cookies.
