Flight Animation Blueprint Creation - Part 1 - Basic Flight Setup (UE4 Tutorial)

This is the first part in a tutorial series for creating the Flight Animation Blueprint. By the end of this tutorial you will have a character who will fly with 2 speed types and 8 directional movement. This is a good launching point to start adding your own options, however the creation of the full Blueprint is not finished.
Later episodes will include taking off animations, different falling animations based off of fall distance, a Supersonic mode with 8 directions of flight, combat, adaptive starts and stops as well as the character turning in place both 90 and 180 degree turns.
