Converting Your Car to Electric Thermo Fans - Davies Craig Digital Fan Switch (Ford NC Fairlane)

Описание к видео Converting Your Car to Electric Thermo Fans - Davies Craig Digital Fan Switch (Ford NC Fairlane)

Today we're removing the standard mechanical viscous-clutch engine fan from my 1993 Ford NC Fairlane and converting it to electric thermo fans! The reason? The stock engine fan on these cars sound horrendous on hot days - it's one of the worst sounds ever when it comes to cars.

So today we're removing that fan, and replacing it with a set of thermo fans from an EL Falcon. The EL comes from the same family of cars as the NC, and was released just a few years later. Luckily, the fans are almost a direct fit, requiring only one minor modification for it to slot in perfectly. From there, I'll show you how to make it all work using a Davies Craig Digital Thermatic Fan Switch.
