In this lesson, I'm going to show you how to set up and enable the ability for your members to self cancel their subscription. If you are a one person shop, you might want to have this on. If you have a sales team, you might want them to call in to try and save the member from cancelling. Your strategy is up to you, but it is nice to know that you can choose for your members to self cancel with the toggle of a button.
