I’ll admit I’ve had my share of questions and doubts
Of how God would take this trial I’m facing now
And work it for my good and the glory of His name
But He said He would

So I’m learning to live in the waiting
I’ll keep on praying till the answer comes
I’m learning even in the moments
When it all looks hopeless (I can still trust)
He’ll never leave my side (He’ll never leave my side)
While I’m living between faith and sight

So here I am standing on His Word and choosing to believe
That the one who knows it all knows just what I need
Cause I’ve seen what He can do, so even now
I know He’s gonna move, He’s gonna move

(And every worry) turns into rejoicing
As I’m watching (I’m watching) … and praying (and praying)
And learning to live in the waiting
And I’ll keep on praying till the answer comes…
