　Macrobiotic restaurants and vegan
　restaurants rarely use MSG thingies but
　some of them may use chemically extracted
　vegetable soup stock, nutritional yeast,
　and yeast extract.
▷ There are heaps of supermarkets in
　Kanazawa so you can easily buy baked
　sweet potato, plain rice, seaweed, natto,
　fruits, green salads, and so on.

🖥 Nomad life
▷ Finding a calm cafe in Obon season
　(mid-August) was difficult so I worked from
　a huge park. Rakuten mobile hotspot worked
　well then. If you don't need to make a phone
　call, there're tons of lively cafes with free wifi
　in the city.
