No worries, I'll still be producing 6-10 videos about hockey per week but wanted to talk about my new health journey. After getting hip surgery done last year, I've finally been cleared to start working out and going on trails. I want to share my weight loss and healthier lifestyle journey with you. I love being out in nature and being able to be active. I've feel getting back into the outdoors and sports will help me feel like myself again. I hope you to see you on the other channel and hopefully I can show it's never too late to better yourself.
