Dense Ranking with Power Query

I recalled that I experienced something similar before. And the "weird" behavior can be avoided by twisting slightly the steps involved. In this video, I will show you
1) the thinking process to do the dense rank in Power Query;
2) a slightly different way from Philp's solution.
