The RUBI 500 SERIES is aimed at companies that need maximum productivity, automation, efficiency and precision.

The RUBI 500 SERIES monolithic glass cutting table, designed to be integrated into an automatic line, incorporates a cutting head with four automatically selected individual cutting tools, each with its own cutting wheel, independent lubrication system and pressure cylinder specifically sized for its cutting range.

The first tool is intended for cutting glass from only 0.55 mm. to 2 mm. thick. The second and third tools are intended for glass from 2 mm. to 12 mm., the most common thicknesses. The fourth tool also uses a larger-diameter wheel to achieve exceptional cutting quality for 12 mm., 15 mm., 19 mm. and 25 mm. glasses.

The high cutting quality obtained with this system minimizes further processing of the glass, thereby reducing costs and eliminating downtimes.
