Believe it or not, this is a little mode that's been taunting me for a long time. I got my new PC recently that will run this and many other higher-end games much more smoothly, so I finally decided to lay this mode to rest. That didn't come without some suffering, however.

For the unaware, I am probably the worst free-roam player that there is. You can stick a blind grandma in front of this game and she'll do better than me. Because of my abhorrent free-roaming skills, this mode was a lot more painful than it ever had any right to be. Not helping was the fact that most of the difficulty (Room 02) was my only cause of death for most of my attempts. I only died in Room 04 because for some reason I kept fat-fingering the second keypad and that led to me either wasting too much time or getting killed by Endo Angel altogether.

So yeah, did not like having to play this. Bedroom Blind Mode is one that I might go for if I feel like it, very hesitant on even attempting Survival Mode for obvious reasons, considering you basically have to do this after already spending nearly half an hour on the game, just without the time limit. We'll see though.

Total playtime was somewhere around an hour, though that isn't counting the plethora of time way back when I was attempting this for the first time and failed miserably there too. Just glad the have this in the books, even if it isn't considered much of an achievement by general FNaF standards.

I still consider Story Mode to be one of my favorite fangames of all time, even if I suck massive donkey dong at it. At the end of the day, it doesn't matter as much whether or not I'm good at a game for it to judge whether I like it or not. If I find the game to be enjoyable from a storytelling perspective, or heck, even if it just LOOKS fun to play, I consider it to be good overall. Five Nights to Remember is a game that had a mode that I despised having to play, but I still like the game overall because outside of the game's max mode, its presentation and aesthetic more than make up for my crappy experience just trying to beat a hard mode from it.
