Spencer's Enterprise-A Leaves Drydock

This Commander Class Enterprise-A was designed by Spencer Perdriau in 1993 as a 'what if' due to the re-use of the refit model for the new Enterprise seen at the end of The Voyage Home, which only came about due to budget restrictions, as I understand it. So this is just a fun re-imagining by a fan of what we might have got, had there been a new design.
