Red Chicken Tikka
▸ Chicken (boneless) - 250 g [ 2 Chicken Breast Fillet]
▸ Yogurt - 1 Tbs
▸ Ginger & Garlic Paste - 1/2 tsp
▸ Turmeric- 1/2 tsp
▸ Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
▸ Pepper - 1/4 tsp
▸ Kashmiri Chilli - 1tsp [ Kashmiri chilli is mild but gives vibrant colour to the dish]
▸ Lemon Juice - 1 tsp
▸ Kasuri Methi - 1/4 tsp [Dried Fenugreek Leaves]
▸ Oil - 1 tsp
▸ Salt

Green chicken Tikka
▸ Chicken(boneless) - 250 g
▸ Yogurt - 1 Tbs
▸ Ginger & Garlic Paste - 1/2 tsp
▸ Turmeric- 1/2 tsp
▸ Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
▸ Pepper - 1/4 tsp
▸ Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
▸ Green Paste [ Coriander leaves + Mint Leaves + Green Chilli (1) - Grind to pate]
▸ Lemon Juice - 2 tsp
▸ Kasuri Methi - 1/4 tsp
▸ Oil - 1 tsp
▸ Salt

▸ Peppers (Capsicum) & Onion cubed for garnishing.
