पालकाची गरगटी भाजी करण्यासाठी लागणारे साहित्य
• १ चमचा चणाडाळ
• १ चमचा शेंगदाणे
• १ कप पाणी
• १ बारीक चिरलेली पालकाची गड्डी
• २~३ चमचे बेसन
• १ मोठा चमचा तेल
• १ चमचा मोहरी
• १ चमचा जिरं
• २ चमचा बारीक चिरलेली लसूण
• हिरव्या मिरचीचे तुकडे
• १/४ चमचा हळद
• १/२ चमचा लाल तिखट
• जरुरीनुसार पाणी
• १~२ चमचे चिंच-गुळाचा कोळ (ऐच्छिक)
• चवीनुसार मीठ

Today, let’s see how to make Marathi recipe palkachi gargati bhaji. Palak is spinach. Gargati means to too runny like amti and not suki or dry bhaji. This bhaji has pouring consistency. You can have it with chapati and rice too. This is a very easy and simple recipe. It is not only healthy and tasty too. We already have seen lot many palak bhaji recipes. This is yet another delicious addition to the list. Sometimes it so happens that one gets bored of having suki bhaji. Then this is a good option for you. This is my personal favorite. I can have it at any time of the day. This recipe doesn’t need lot many ingredients. All the ingredients needed are readily available in your pantry. Try this recipe at home and write to me. Ingredients:
• 1 tsp Chana dal
• 1 tsp Peanuts
• 1 cup Water
• 1 bunch finely chopped Spinach
• 2~3 tsp Besan
• 1 tbsp Oil
• 1 tsp Mustard seeds
• 1 tsp Cumin seeds
• 2 tsp finely chopped Garlic
• Chopped Green chilies
• 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
• 1/2 tsp Red chili powder
• Water as needed
• 1~2 tsp Tamarind-Jaggery pulp (Optional)
• Salt to taste

Method:
• Soak peanuts and chana dal together for about 4-5 hours.
• Heat up water in a pan and add spinach.
• Cook well on medium heat for just about 5-7 minutes.
• Make sure not to cover the pan while cooking palak.
• When palak cools down a little, mash the palak well with masher or beater.
• Add besan and mix well.
• Heat up oil in a pan and add mustard seeds.
• When mustard seeds pop up, add garlic and green chilies and fry well until garlic gets nice golden
color.
• Add turmeric powder and red chili powder and mix well.
• Add the cooked palak and mix well.
• Add soaked chana dal and peanuts, water and tamarind-jaggery pulp and mix well.
• Simmer the mixture on medium heat for about 10 minutes.
• Add salt and mix well. Palkachi gargati bhaji is ready.
