DIY Casual Lolita Japanese School Outfit: DIY Loyal themed High Waist Skirt . First time making high waist skirt and I’m happy about the result. I used 1.25 yards fabric.I did gathering method made the skirt part, but I think I prefer circle skirt method because it makes skirt more frilly and save fabric at the same time.
