DEF. LONGLENG ORGANISES 3 DAY ORIENTATION PROGRAM OF MAHILA POLICE VOLUNTEERS

District Executive Force of Longleng organised a 3-day orientation and training of mahila police volunteers from 2nd to 4th March, 2022. Notably, the programme was held at the auditorium hall of Bautung Government Higher Secondary School, Longleng whereby a total of 43 mahila police volunteers were inducted by H. Kuhovi Sema, Sr. Superintendent of Police of Longleng. Furthermore, the inaugural speech and induction of MVPs were delivered by H. Kuhovi Sema. The scheme of MVPs is sponsored by the Ministry of Women & Child Development, Government of India with the active support of MHA and state police. The tenure of the scheme is initially for 2 years
