Ls Droid for Windows v1.3 Walk-through Tour

This is the first public preview for what turned into a total rewrite of Ls Droid for Windows. This started out as an update and after a couple of months turned into a total rewrite of the whole program so that a number of things could be properly addressed as I begin preparing the app to support additional PCM's and to also prepare the app for the transition to handle CAN BUS based PCM's such as the E38.

There is still a lot of work that needs to be done in the app and this still at least a couple of months out from being released...so I figured I'd at least give people a preview of what's coming this spring since the majority of the apps framework has already been sorted out.
