Follow the expats to see prosperity: Rural tourism revitalizes 300-year-old "Hollow Village"

The ancient village of Baoliang, located in Chengmai County, Hainan Province, is over 300 years old. Baoliang Village is blessed with fertile selenium-rich red soil, but this blessing unfortunately failed to stop the exodus of the younger generation over the past few decades. Thus, Baoliang Village became a "hollow village".

Things have changed, however, in recent years.
