Hello Friends!

Join me in this full body Pilates reformer Advanced level flow. In this session we will hit all of the body parts and work in all planes of motion getting our body ready for an advanced Pilates exercises called Snake and Twist. As always, listen to your body! This class is advanced level, so I assume you know how to adjust your springs and do not give as many modifications in this session. Please as always, listen to your body!
