Where to even begin. Let's go for a little story time huh. Since I am building my audience and I really enjoy writing stories - it's a cool way to get to know me and it's also a way I love to express myself. Hahah. But before the huge story time: here is the track list and time stamps.

0:04 Battery Acid
3:02 Death Apple
5:02 I Want To Be Isekaid As A Can Of Lemon Ice Tea
7:18 When I Hit 20, Oh You’re So Dead
9:22 I Don’t Have
12:17 I Will Never Be The Same (Reimagined)
16:06 Don’t Chase
21:03 Won’t You Please
24:40 Grievances Of A Childhood Overdue

I have always juggled my love of nerdy stuff and music one with another. I enjoyed playing games and watching anime as well as practicing and making music. That however created many impasses during my life. I felt like I am wasting time by playing games or watching anime when I could be practicing music. There are so many local and global musicians that are greater than me and that grind harder and more than me. That is still true to this day. However it took me a long time to come to terms that it's not a bad thing. I enjoy both, so why not spend my free time how I see fit and how I want to? And so here I am today.

But in order to create music I still need to practice and it took a lot of it. And I still have a long way to go. The art of creating music is infinite - there is always a new instrument or technique to learn, a new tone to find a new effect combination to discover. And that is such a wonderful journey to go through.

But there was one hurdle along the way - lack of skill and experience. So I got to work. I have created and actively play in many local bands - all with various levels of success. But the main goal and main aspect was that I now have a big enough skill base to make my music somewhat outside of my local sphere. This is the first time I write music that is in English for example.

I also found out that I love to make music with people. Sure, I have enough creative ideas and the know-how of song writing and composition, that I can write more songs that I need. However, the real pudding is in the act of creating it together with wonderful people and skilled musicians. Every time I work with someone I always get the same fuzzy feeling "that is so cool, I wouldn't have thought of it that way". And by making, joining and managing local bands I met many amazing people, with many of whom I created this album and will work on music, and generally made friends with. Some of which now I play d&d 5e weekly even if we are not currently playing in a band together. Plus it's a nice feeling to have both nerd friends and musician friends. Makes me feel whole.

With that all that under my belt I decided to finally pursue a solo musician/producer/whatever this project is.... well project. And it's been so much fun. This is a compilation album of all the songs, ideas and skills that I have learnt along the way locally, but now for a lot more online audience. I still hope some local scene people might enjoy this, if they find it enjoyable of course. With the now almost 10 year journey that I have had in music I have also gone through many genres, nu metal to indie, post metal to EDM and breakcore, from folk to Midwest emo. And I think it shows in this album. I have some goals where this project will go into the future, but that is a secret for now, because truth be told, only time will tell. And I hope you are there on this journey with me. I think 2024 and early 2025 will be "collab" time with various new artists.

With the story elements out of the way: The people who helped me to make this project a reality. The biggest shoutout goes to Hug Zemitis - for being the mix and master dude as well a huge chunk of the music on this album was recorded by him; in his Janis Rivera studio. Second one is Patrick Palsan - his contribution is in songwriting, many instruments, lyrics and much much more. It is safe to say that without those two - this album would not be possible or would be greatly different. Then a smaller, but still very meaningful contribution goes to Asnate Lukasevica - she lent her guitar skills on many tracks, as well as turned my original riff ideas to even higher levels. Jekabs Graudins helped with some drum bits and emotional support. I also borrowed Jack's hot voice for a sample (you will see and hear from him a lot more, but that is for the future). And of course I wrote songs, lyrics and many other parts. A lot goes into writing an album to list it all here.

And a lot of visual artists helped with the visual presentation of this album: Kleo, Nezia, Yunocide, Darja Vorobjova, System and the 3D art was done by Chiulia. Plus Somsner with video editing, Aizen and some people mentioned earlier as actors in music videos.

Each song has their own artists credited in their descriptions for those who are more interested.
