📍 Where do you live? - South Wales, UK

📍 What hair product do you use? - L’Oreal rework

📍 What do you ask for at the hairdresser? - Fade from 0.5 into 1 and trim on top

📍 What Protein do you use? - Not that it really matters, @ProteinEmpire Whey and Mich Casein, MyProtein impact whey and reflex nutrition sometimes

📍 When did you start lifting? - When I was 15 years old, although before then I filled up old milk jugs and did curls…Srs

📍 How do you make money? - Im a personal trainer, online coach, firefighter and gym instructor

📍 Will you make a clothing line? - Yes one day i hope to but i don’t have a big enough name at the moment

📍 What editing program do you use? - iMovie on Mac

📍 Did you go to university? - Nope

📍 What camera do you use? - Canon G7X (the most used Vlog camera of all time) and my iPhone

📍 What training styles do you implement? - I tend to enjoy hypertrophy and endurance style training, mainly because i hate rest periods and get bored of strength training.

📍 How long do you workout for? - 90-120 mins including warm up

📍 How many times a week do you train? - 6-7days a week
