Arm workouts are the foundation of balance, size, and strength — and today’s session is all about perfect form, volume, and control.
At Fitness Evolution, I hit a four-lift arm workout designed to build both biceps and triceps, starting the video with a little posing to show the progress — growing bigger and stronger every day 💪. Each lift is focused, intense, and controlled to maximize tension on every rep.
Workout Breakdown:
1️⃣ Strap Triceps Pushdowns — 6×15 reps, full extension and slow negatives for total tricep engagement
2️⃣ Preacher Curl Machine — 5×15 reps, isolating the biceps and keeping tension through the full range
3️⃣ Rope Overhead Tricep Extensions — 5×15 reps, deep stretch and squeeze for long-head development
4️⃣ Kettlebell Curls — 5×12 reps, great for grip, forearm strength, and total arm activation
