Hurl Elkhorn Ultra | 50km

This is a hidden gem that is Montana's longest running single track race - pun intended. Beautiful scenery, grassroots and amazing volunteer and trail running culture.

This made for a new favourite trail run that I used as training two weeks out from my Squamish 50-50. Will be returning for the 50 mile course. Can't say enough positive things about the flowing yet raw single track trails. Lots of water to fill up handhelds and cool off in this 100 degree day.

The start/finish line camping made for an ultimately great experience waking up to amazing views. Aid stations were well stocked, and this race is one to put on anyones list for either a 50km or miler effort.
